Zealacare’s proprietary system will only work with Zealacare Premium Briefs. Our disposable briefs are designed with sensor strips in the manufacturing process. The briefs are made with maximum absorption and comfort in mind.
The briefs are made with snaps on the outside front. The sensor easily snaps on and off, allowing for a great user experience.
Yes. The Zealacare Smart Incontinence System has been developed using industry leading quality standards and is registered with the FDA.
Our briefs include a super absorbent core for maximum absorption, elastic leg gathers for added leak protection, adhesive fasteners for a customizable fit, and a cloth-like backing that allows for added comfort and better air flow.
The Zealacare App can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. When purchasing a starter bundle, we’ll send you a link via email to download the app. Setting up the app is quick and easy, and our interface makes it simple for everyone to use.
A full charge typically lasts between 7-10 days. The app has a dashboard that shows battery % and lets you know when it needs to be charged. To charge, simply put the device flat on the charging mat (included), and within 45-60 minutes it will be fully charged.
The Zealacare App lets you add care recipients and caregivers. The main dashboard shows device status, if the brief is wet (approximate brief saturation), average daily brief use and brief change history. Within the app, users can customize notifications to tailor the app to individual needs.
The app also has a “store” feature that allows you to buy additional briefs from within the app.
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund before we initiate shipment, by contacting our Customer Care Team. Once you have received the product and need to return it for any reason, please refer to the instructions in the Returns section.
